First create an account from "Register" page. Enter an email and password which will be used to login in the future. Enter the business name and address right as they will be displayed in the invoices. The user name field is optional.

Second, go to login page and login with the email and password that you just created.

You will enter the Members page. Here you can:

• Create new customer
• Search for a customer by name
• Search for a vehicle by vehicle model. (ex. Volkswagen, Acura, Ford, etc)
  all customers with Ford will be displayed when typing "Ford"

Once a customer is entered to the system you can search him/her and add a vehicle.

Customer search results allow to

• edit customer information by clicking the customer name
• select one of the customers vehicles by clicking the vehicle name (results will show on the right page block)
• add new vehicle for the customer.

When a vehicle is selected from the customer or vehicle search it will be displayed on the right page block. There the vehicle information can be edited by clicking the name of the vehicle. Also a list of previously orders on this vehicle will be listed. Clicking an order will show order details from there it can be printed.

On the right page block after a vehicle is selected, there is a "New Order" link which allows to create a new order for the vehicle.

Creating a New Order:

A new order is created in two steps. First, enter a title for the order which will be shown in the order list on the right. Also enter a quick description about the work to be done. Usually it is what the customer requests to be done or what the problem is with the vehicle. Second, to add details on the order just created, select the order by clicking on its title below the new order form or at the list of the orders on the right page block.

Order Editing:

Once a new order is created it can be edited anytime untill it is marked completed usually after the customer pays it in full.
